Texas High School Volleyball State Rankings

SAN ANGELO, TX — Here are this week's state volleyball rankings from the Texas Girls Coaches Association.

Five Concho Valley schools are represented, including Christoval, which is making its first appearance this season after a 17-7 start. The Lady Cougars are ranked No. 18 in Class 2A.

Veribest (18-7) is our highest-ranked team at No. 5 in Class 1A. Water Valley (15-8-1) is No. 8 in 1A, and Sterling City (15-2) is No. 10.

All five of our ranked teams have matched against other ranked schools this evening.

Veribest will host Sterling City at 6 p.m. today, while Christoval will host Water Valley at 6:30 p.m. today.

Wall (19-4), which is ranked No. 11 in 3A, will visit No. 15 Jim Ned at 6:30 p.m. today.
