Mayor: Biden Administration Silent as 20,000 Illegal Aliens Invade Del Rio

DEL RIO, TX – The Mayor of Del Rio warned the press on Wednesday that a massive group of illegal aliens are nearing the U.S. Border.

In an interview with KENS5, on Sep. 15, Del Rio Mayor Bruno Lozano claimed that there are currently over 5,600 unprocessed illegals that are now living under the International Bridge in Del Rio.

Lozano claims that the aliens are coming up from Acuna, across the Rio Grande, and into the United States and Del Rio.

Bruno told reporters on scene that he has been attempting to contact homeland security for the past 48 hours with no response.

"These individuals are actually just waiting to be detained, to get processed, so that they can be released so they can continue their journey into the United States," said Lozano.

There are currently 3,000 individuals already in detention in Del Rio which has caused some concern from Lozano.

"What is the border patrol supposed to with an influx of not just 4,000 but potentially 20,000 migrants that are coming into the Del Rio Sector," said Lozano.

He finished by begging for homeland security to step up before the next wave arrives.
