12-Year-Old Shot During Home Invasion

 

SAN ANTONIO, TX – The San Antonio Police Department confirmed it is searching for suspects involved in a violent home invasion early Monday morning that sent two people to the hospital, including a 12-year-old girl.

According to My San Antonio, at approximately 2:30 a.m. suspects burst into a home on the 5100 block of Little Creek Drive.

According to the police department, the 12-year-old and another child were watching TV while a woman, 34, and a man, 35, were sleeping. The four suspects then knocked on the door and announced they were San Antonio Police Officers.

They then proceeded to shoot through the glass door. The bullet chattered the door and grazed the 12-year-old’s leg.

The children ran to the room were the adults were sleeping and they were all held at gunpoint by the suspects.

The suspects demanded money and jewelry and then shot the male in the leg. The four fled the scene, taking the victims Cadillac and driving away in a white Toyota sedan.

The male and 12-year-old girl are in stable condition and police are searching for the suspects.
