SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police arrested 24-year-old Michael Flores after he allegedly choked the mother of his four-year-old son after she changed the TV channel.
According to KABB, the victim had moved out of the house but had returned to visit her son on April 24. After she arrived at the home she “went to change the channel on the television for her son."
Flores then pushed her onto the bed and choked her for several seconds using both hands until she couldn’t breathe. Flores accused the victim of cheating on him.
The victim’s four-year-old son then began hitting Flores in an attempt to get him to stop. Flores then “snapped” and realized what he was doing and let her go.
The victim called the police to make a report, but when officers arrived Flores had left the home. He was later arrested and charged with Assault Family Choking/Strangulation, which is a felony.
