47-Year-Old Charged With Uploading Lewd Child Images

KIRBY, TX —A 47-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly shared child pornography on social media.

According to KSAT, officials received a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children alleging Timothy Smith was uploading lewd images. 

Smith was arrested on Thursday morning and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography, a third-degree felony.

Smith’s computers were taken into evidence.
