Driver Killed In Early Morning High Speed Crash

 

SAN ANTONIO, TX -- A speeding driver was killed in an early-morning crash after rear-ending another vehicle.

According to KABB, two cars were traveling southbound on Blanco Rd. around 3:00 a.m. The black car, which was traveling at a high rate of speed, slammed into the back of a white compact car.

The impact caused both cars to veer off the road and into a yard. The driver and passenger of the white vehicle were treated at the scene by EMS and the woman was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the black vehicle had to be cut out of the car by firefighters. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the driver has not been released.
