Bar Room Brawl Leads to Deadly Shooting

 

LUBBOCK, TX – A fight at Chips Sports bar in Lubbock claimed the life of one patron late Tuesday night.

According to the Lubbock Police Department, shortly before midnight, an argument broke out between 28-year-old Timothy Bailey and several others.

The rowdy patrons were asked to leave the bar and the argument continued in the parking lot.

The situation escalated and Bailey was shot multiple times. He was transported to Covenant Health by first responders. Bailey would ultimately succumb to his injuries.

No arrests have been made in connection to the case.
