Police: Suspect Punched Ex-Girlfriend for $25

 

SAN ANTONIO, TX -- A 29-year-old San Antonio man is facing several charges after he allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend for $25.

According to SAPD, Nicholas Campos allegedly punched the victim and pulled her hair.

According to the victim, she let Campos into her apartment after she heard him knock on the door. Campos then demanded $25 and when the victim said she didn't have any money, he began to punch her. The victim then ran to the bathroom where she kept her purse.

Campos followed the victim and they began fighting over the purse. The suspect then punched her again and pulled her hair.

The suspect then grabbed the victim's shoes and ID from her back pocket and fled the scene.

Campos is now facing a robbery charge.
