GoFundMe Set Up for Local Girl Who Passed Away from JHD

SAN ANGELO, TX— A young girl has passed away from Juvenile Huntington’s Disease and a GoFundMe has been started for her family.

The GoFundMe states,

Our hearts are shattered as we share something no parent should ever have to endure….twice.

Just one year after the heartbreaking loss of our precious daughter Khloe to Juvenile Huntington’s Disease, we’ve received the unimaginable news: our younger daughter, Ariahella, has been diagnosed with the same rare and devastating illness.

Juvenile Huntington’s Disease (JHD) is a rare genetic brain disorder that slowly takes away a child’s ability to move, speak, eat, and think. There is no cure. Watching one child go through this was beyond painful…now, watching it happen again is something words can hardly describe.

Ariahella is currently in transition and will soon be reunited with her sister Khloe. This is a journey no child should have to take, but we are doing everything we can to surround her with love, comfort, and peace as she makes her way home.

This fundraiser is to help give Ariahella the gentlest, dignified, and love filled goodbye we can offer. Donations will help with end-of-life care, memorial arrangements, and allowing our family to spend this sacred time together without financial worry.

To all who stood by us during Khloe’s journey, thank you. Your support meant the world to us. And now, as we prepare to say goodbye again, we ask for your compassion and prayers one more time.

Thank you for loving our girls.
With love and deep gratitude,

Gloria Family
