MIDLAND COUNTY, TX — A serious crash involving a pickup and an 18-wheeler on Interstate 20 westbound near the Armadillo Hotel backed up traffic on Wednesday afternoon.
Early posts described the wreck as possibly fatal, but family members later confirmed that the driver survived.
Images shared from the scene showed a heavily damaged pickup lodged beneath a tractor-trailer.
Officials have not yet released an official report on the crash.
