With Thanksgiving travel quickly approaching, stability at the pump is welcome news for millions of Texans planning a road trip. Gas prices have remained relatively quiet in recent weeks, supported by ample crude oil supplies and moderate demand. Barring unexpected disruptions, analysts anticipate that prices will remain steady or potentially trend slightly lower as holiday travel ramps up.
“Steady gas prices are good news for the millions of Texans preparing to travel for Thanksgiving,” said Daniel Armbruster, spokesperson for AAA Texas. “Current market conditions are keeping pump prices in check, and barring any unexpected disruptions, we anticipate relatively calm conditions heading into the holiday rush.”
