SAN ANGELO, TX – Friday is National Pumpkin Day and in honor of such a special day here are some places to get your pumpkin fix any way you want!
Carve a pumpkin, eat a pumpkin, drink pumpkin; any way you want to celebrate, we have you covered!
Sierra Vista Pumpkin Patch at Sierra Vista United Methodist Church is open from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Proceeds benefit United Methodist Youth Group and Navajo Indian Reservation where pumpkins are grown.
Circle S Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch is open from 5 p.m.- 8 p.m. Friday. Adults are $7.00 and children $4.00. It is located at 7305 Bean Rd., Wall, Tx., just north of Spring Creek Products. They boast over 30 different types of pumpkins to choose from. Other activities include the Barrel Train, Pumpkin Bowling, a playground and food and drink for everyone!
You can also run by H-E-B, Lowes, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Market Street or any other local grocer to grab you a pumpkin to carve.
Don’t forget to celebrate by eating or drinking some of the flavor of fall as well. You can run by Starbucks and grab yourself a pumpkin spice latte or since it’s a warmer day stop in Marble Slab or Baskin Robins to get a nice pumpkin spiced ice cream to cool you off.
