The Most Disturbing Health Inspection Reports So Far This Year

SAN ANGELO, TX - The City of San Angelo has posted the most recent health inspection scores. 

Keep in mind that some restaurants are not yet due for another inspection and have not been evaluated. The date of inspection is listed in the report.

Restaurants are scored from zero to 100, with the higher score being preferable. 

Out of all of the scores, here are the five lowest scores: 

  1. CHARLEY'S PHILLY STEAKS #1046  4001 SUNSET DRIVE 55 4/8/2025
  2. CHICKEN EXPRESS 2652 SOUTHWEST 79 3/18/2025
  3. IHOP 4302 COLLEGE HILLS 77 3/21/2025
  4. WHAT DA PHO 3315 SHERWOOD WAY 75 3/20/2025
  5. WIENERSCHNITZEL 1809 S BRYANT 70 3/26/2025
