Former Abilene Pastor Found Guilty of Assaulting Children

 

ABILENE, TX -- After just one hour of deliberation, a jury found  Jeffrey Forrest guilty of two counts of sexual assault of a child.

The former youth pastor was accused of using his job to molest multiple boys in the late 90s.

Forrest eventually fled the country and was extradited to Abilene last year.

During the trial, multiple witnesses testified that Forrest admitted to the abuse. He allegedly told a good friend and a professional counselor.

A date for the sentencing portion of the trial has not been a this time.

Makes you kind of think just a bit about all of those other SUPER friendly religious ppl. It makes my stomach turn to think how many children are abused by folks you trust your whole family with. He should be castrated and left on an island to starve until he perishes.
