Real Estate: Stately Fixer Upper on San Angelo's Most Desired Street

SAN ANGELO, TX — Once in a great while, an offering like this comes on the market! Built in 1941, this stately 4 bedroom/4.5 bath corner lot home will take your breath away!

This house is very spacious, light and roomy, and has a full basement (which is heated and cooled) giving an additional 1,024 feet of game room space and washer/dryer connections.

The sun room features a bar and wood-burning fireplace; perfect for year round entertainment! The formal living room features yet another fireplace and full entry to both sides of the home. Visualize family meals in the formal dining area under an immaculate crystal chandelier.

The feature of downstairs comes from the kitchen, where cabinets and space are a mainstay! I know that house well because of that funky ancient mesquite tree in the front yard.  I have driven past the place a few thousand times over the years.

Yeah... a three-quarter megadollar "fixer-upper"?  When I think "fixer-upper" I picture a pile I could buy with just one of my credit cards and then pay off the balance when I got the first statement.
