VAN HORN, TX — A Texas Department of Public Safety trooper found an injured owl in the center median of an interstate near Van Horn and helped arrange its transport for veterinary care, the agency reported.
Trooper Raymond Torres discovered the owl while on patrol and ensured it was taken to the DPS office in Van Horn, according to a media post from the Texas Department of Public Safety West Texas Region. Texas Parks and Wildlife personnel then took custody of the bird and arranged further care.
The owl, nicknamed “Big Tejano,” was transported to the El Paso Zoo, where it spent the night under the care of zoo staff, the post stated. Staff gave the owl fluids, food, and water and checked it for additional internal injuries.
The agency credited Torres, Texas Parks and Wildlife, and El Paso Zoo staff with working together on the rescue.

I produced over 300lbs for live rat meat for this grifter over the course of 3 months, and not one single curse was successfully cast. This individual is a big fraud that's all fluff and no talons.
