SAPD Search for Suspect Who Robbed Snack & Save

At 8:17 p.m., San Angelo Police officers responded to Snack & Save Three at 2220 Howard St for another robbery in progress.

An official at the scene said SAPD’s Criminal Scene Investigations (CSI) arrived on scene and are currently seeking a Hispanic suspect who fled the scene prior to the officers’ arrival. Originally, the victim of the crime thought the man used a taser in the robbery, but then later that changed into a handgun.

“The details are kind of sketchy,” said the official.

The suspect is believed to be wearing a black bandana, a black hoodie shirt and tan pants.

This is still an ongoing investigation, said the official.
