Hyde Interactive, Inc. the parent company for San Angelo LIVE! and Arc Light Bar & Grill, is seeking a fulltime social media marketing professional for full time employment. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop engaging campaigns, and analyze social media performance to connect with our audience authentically. Your passion for digital marketing combined with your creative flair will drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception and grow your expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The job requires working Monday through Friday in the office from 9:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. with transportation. Some weekends and nights are needed as well.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to captivate our target audience.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments promptly.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
- Optimize social media campaigns through targeted Facebook Advertising and keyword research to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and positive community relationships while managing online reputation.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management.

Skills
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Experience with video editing software — preferably Adobe Premiere — for producing engaging multimedia content.
- Ability to craft compelling copy with excellent proofreading skills that align with branding guidelines.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies for targeted outreach.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster community engagement and handle public relations effectively.
- Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality images that enhance visual storytelling in campaigns.
- Develop strategy for ongoing client social media advertising
- Manage social media strategy for San Angelo LIVE! and one other online property
- Manage social media strategy for a company-owned live music venue
- Create graphics for social media campaigns
- Create graphics for Google Ad Exchange campaigns
- Leverage AI, including AI graphics generators, for social media campaigns
