SAN ANGELO, TX – Sunday will be the last day that San Angelo's skate rink will be open for business.
According to the Angelo Skate & Fun Center the business will shut down on Jun. 27.
"It is with a heavy heart that we announce the difficult decision to permanently close Angelo Skate & Fun Center. Our last skate session will be Sunday, June 27th, 2021. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to our community who joined us on this journey. Stop by to say your farewells or leave your favorite Angelo Skate memory below in the comments so we can all reminisce on the good times we've had together," stated the ASFC on their facebook.
The rink is still open at their regular hours 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. They will be open every day through Sunday night.
The ASFC offered a number of different forms of entertainment including a state-of-the-art skating rink, a miniature golf course, lazer tag, and a huge arcade.
The rink is located at 34 Buick st.
