Multiple Burglaries Top Tuesday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Nineteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including possession of a controlled substance, abusive language, and breaking into a car and a house. 

Out of the 450 beds, 450 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday:

• Sammy Velez was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana at 1:47 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Robert Bonner was arrested for possessing prohibited weapon brass knuckles and criminal trespassing at 5:00 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
• Kaylyn Smith was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 7:55 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
• Anthony Davis was arrested for public intoxication and one MISC FTA at 8:12 a.m. His bond was set at $910 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
• Cruz Montes was arrested for DOC abusive language at 11:32 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 9:28 p.m. 
• Ashley Rios was arrested for two MISC CPF at 11:37 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Elijah Enriquez was arrested for VOP hindering apprehension and VPTA at 11:56 a.m. His bond is set at $270. 
• Dorothy Ward was arrested for criminal trespassing at 2:33 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released Wednesday at 12:58 a.m. 
• Rose Martinez was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance and MTR tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair at 2:45 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jared Elkins was arrested for COMM second driving while intoxicated at 3:04 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
• Jimmy Garcia was arrested for two COMM at 3:34 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Carlos Ruiz was arrested for MTR indecency with a child by sexual contact at 3:59 p.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released at 10:28 p.m. 
• Terrance Hood was arrested for driving without a license and one MISC FTA at 4:12 p.m. His bond was set at $1,752 and was released at 10:28 p.m. 
• Beth McMullin was arrested for DWLI, expired registration, and speeding at 5:08 p.m. He was released at 10:13 p.m. 
• Ricky Sires was arrested for harassment and assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 6:13 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Daniela Lira was arrested for GJI manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 7:09 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Ashley Yell was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 7:49 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Tara Leaming was arrested for burglary of a habitation, burglary of vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and one MISC FTA at 8:11 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,724. 
• Javier Martinez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:22 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
