Terroristic Threat Tops the Weekend Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fifty-eight suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including terroristic threat, a country artist driving with an invalid license, and evading arrest. 

Out of the 446 beds, 482 inmates are currently in jail as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday:

• Tyrus Ford was arrested for VOP criminal trespassing at 10:54 a.m. She was released without bond at 10:54 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Tresa Vestal was arrested for two MISC CPF, one MISC DWLI, and one MISC VPTA at 1:58 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,318.
• Robert Wilson was arrested for GJI unauthorized use of a vehicle at 2:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.  
• Cherilyn Seals was arrested for DWLI, failure to control speed with person or vehicle, and two MISC VPTA at 2:53 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,928 and was released at 6:28 p.m. 
• Eddie Higalgo was arrested for nine MISC CPF at 3:49 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Corby Chitsey was arrested for COMM possession of child pornography at 3:52 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 4:28 p.m. 
• Jesus Mendoza was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 6:45 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jack Ridge was arrested for violation of an occupational DL and one MISC FTA at 8:34 p.m. His bond was set at $964 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
• Jake Gonzales was arrested for DWLI, failure to control speed, no proof of financial responsibility, speeding, two MISC CPF, and four MISC VPTA at 9:26 p.m. His bond was set at $5,246 and was released Saturday at 1:58 a.m. 
• Pedro Martinez was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance, GOB failure to identify by giving false info, and J/N unauthorized use of a community correctional facility at 11:07 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Bevans Wiginton was arrested for public intoxication at 11:35 p.m. His bond was set at $442. 
• Zachary Phelps was arrested for public intoxication at 11:47 p.m. His bond was set at $442.

• Adrian Washigton was arrested for public intoxication at 12:04 a.m. His bond was set at $442. 
• Robert Bonner was arrested for public intoxication at 12:48 a.m. His bond was set at $442. 
• Jason Creek was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 1:17 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released at 1:58 p.m.
• Francisco Bermea was arrested for one MISC FTA at 1:46 a.m. His bond was set at $454 and was released at 3:28 a.m. 
• Dakota Roberson was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:08 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000. 
• Lesli Ramirez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:48 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000. 
• Sophia Green was arrested for class c assault at 3:34 a.m. Her bond was set at $492 and was released at 4:58 a.m. 
• Juan Losoya was arrested for public intoxication at 5:10 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 12:13 p.m.

• Joe Gutierrez was arrested for class c theft, consuming alcohol on off-premises, two counts of public intoxication, criminal trespassing, and three MISC CPF at 7:53 a.m. His bond was set at $4,076 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
• Vicente Serbantez was arrested for public intoxication at 8:42 a.m. His bond was set at $440 and was released at 3:28 p.m. 
• Margarita Rodriguez was arrested for criminal trespassing, two MISC FTA, and a MISC public intoxication at 9:46 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,006 and was released at 3:13 p.m. 
• David Herrera was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule one and schedule two controlled substance at 10:34 a.m. His bond was set at $16,000 and was released Sunday at 12:13 a.m.

• Ricky Fertsch was arrested for terroristic threat by causing fear on immanent serious bodily injury at 12:59 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500. 
• Vinh Ngo was arrested for public intoxication at 3:31 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Sunday at 7:28 a.m. 
• Jennifer Duron was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance and GJI bail jumping at 3:49 p.m. He was released without bond at 3:49 p.m.
