ICE Holds Top Tuesday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Twenty-three suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

• Victor Loya-Gutierrez was placed on a MISC ICE hold starting at 5:05 p.m. He was released Wednesday at 8:13 a.m. 
• Roberto Roasas-Sanchez was arrested for a MISC ICE hold at 5:06 p.m. He was released Wednesday at 8:13 a.m. 

 ​​​​​​​Out of the 446 beds, 428 inmates are currently in jail as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

• Joseph Hartman was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 1:16 a.m. His bond was set at $20,000 and was released at 2:28 p.m. 
• Geoffrey Whitaker was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous conviction at 8:55 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Adrian Branch was arrested for possession of marijuana at 9:41 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Johnathan Briseno was arrested for COMM unauthorized use of vehicle and two MISC CPF at 10:46 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Justin Cox was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:48 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:13 p.m. 
• Conary Ferguson was arrested for four MISC COMM at 11:09 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Jennifer Aguirre was arrested for theft of a property, expired vehicle registration, one MISC CPF, and one MISC VPTA at 11:11 a.m. Her bond is set at $1,500. 
• Bobby Preas was arrested for a MISC VOP at 3:55 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Brandon Rivera was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 4:00 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
• Victor Loya-Gutierrez was placed on a MISC ICE hold starting at 5:05 p.m. He was released Wednesday at 8:13 a.m.

• Bryan Donaldson was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance at 5:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Angie Abalos was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 5:51 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
• Javier Gaytan was arrested for class c theft at 6:00 p.m. His bond was set at $1,006 and was released Wednesday at 5:58 a.m.
• Andrew Moreno was arrested for resisting arrest at 6:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Isreal Reel was arrested for class c theft at 7:58 p.m. His bond was set at $424 and was released at 10:28 p.m. 
• Nevada Pierve was arrested for FTA possession of a controlled substance, DWLI, no insurance, and no sticker at 9:00 p.m. His bond is set at $1,222. 
• Elizabeth Salas was arrested for public intoxication at 11:05 p.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released without bond Wednesday at 8:28 a.m. 
• Jose Arreola was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 11:31 p.m. His bond is set at $6,000.
