Jury Calls It a Night Despite Reaching No Verdict

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Despite the deliberation beginning for the jury in the Park 2400 Murder Trial on Friday the night ended with no verdict. 

The jury began their deliberations on if in fact Jose “Joe Angel” Trevino killed Jason Garivay back in Jul. 2021 in the Park 2400 parking lot. They began their discussions at around 4 p.m. on Mar. 10, 2023. 

This trial has been going since Mar. 6. It has included testimonies from Doctors, Law Enforcement, Key Witnesses, and even the Defendant himself.

If convicted Trevino could face life in prison. Court will reconvene Saturday at 9 a.m.
