SAN ANGELO, TX — Angelo State University Police are searching for Joshua Ryan Barnett, 35, who is wanted in connection with multiple bicycle and e-scooter thefts on campus.
Barnett has six active arrest warrants, according to a bulletin issued by ASU Police on May 12. He is described as a white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
