Police Surround Nissan Rogue with Guns Drawn After Chase

 

SAN ANGELO, TX— A chase suspect is in custody after a short vehicle pursuit down Knickerbocker Road in San Angelo.

Just after 5:00 p.m. on May 16, 2025, San Angelo police officers were involved in a short vehicle pursuit down Knickerbocker Road that ended in the Stadium Lanes parking lot. According to police, the suspect failed to yield to emergency vehicles. When police attempted to pull him over to correct the traffic violation, the Nissan Rogue driver fled, starting a short vehicle pursuit.

 

After the Rogue driver was surrounded, he still didn't give up. We heard loud cries for help when police forcibly removed him from the driver's seat. He was cuffed and stuffed into the back of an SAPD cruiser. 

Meanwhile, the woman who was in the passenger seat of the Rogue was handed the keys and she drove away.
