Man, Two Juveniles Found Dead in Scurry County Home

 

SCURRY COUNTY, TX — The Scurry County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting after deputies discovered three people dead in a home on County Road 241 Sunday morning.

According to a press release, deputies responded to a call for emergency medical assistance around 8:30 a.m. on June 15. The caller reported that three individuals had sustained gunshot wounds.

When deputies arrived, they found an adult male, a female juvenile, and a male juvenile deceased at the scene. Emergency medical personnel confirmed all three deaths.

The sheriff’s office said no further details would be released at this time due to the sensitive nature of the case and the ongoing investigation. However, officials emphasized that there is no ongoing threat to the community.

“We extend our deepest condolences to those affected,” said Sheriff Trey Wilson in the release.
