SAN ANGELO, TX — In a bizarre turn of events, the San Angelo Police Department received an unexpected call on Wednesday, November 21, 2023, at around 5:52 AM. The caller? An individual who had just broken into the Tom Green County Courthouse.
23-year-old Benjamin Isais Ibarra of San Angelo was arrested by San Angelo Police for Manslaughter. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 11:55 p.m. Monday night.
