Howard College Opens Skilled Trades Facility with $400,000 Grant

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Howard College unveiled its new Lowe’s Foundation and Home Builders Association of San Angelo Workshop on Wednesday, a state-of-the-art training facility for electrical and plumbing trades.

The workshop, funded by a $400,000 grant from the Lowe’s Foundation and additional support from the San Angelo Home Builders Association, aims to equip students with the skills necessary to excel in high-demand fields.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the opening of the facility.
