The Department of State Health Services has listed Trauma Service K's hospitalization rate above the 15 percent threshold for the second day in a row Wednesday.
Whenever the percentage of COVID-19-hospitalized patients to total hospital capacity exceeds 15% on a rolling seven-day average (according to DSHS), some businesses would be required to close and/or occupancies would be reduced.
The Department of State Health Services reported Tuesday that Trauma Service Area K, including San Angelo, has gone over the 15 percent threshold of hospitalized COVID-19 patients.
This reimbursement program will significantly ease the financial burden on Texas public schools that have purchased these crucial eLearning devices and also helps ensure that more students have access to these devices as needed.
