ASU Women’s Golf Ranks Among Top 10 in Team GPA

CORAL SPRINGS, FL — The Angelo State women’s golf team has earned the 10th-highest team GPA in NCAA Division II, the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced Tuesday in its annual All-Scholar Team awards.

The Rambelles posted a cumulative GPA of 3.83 for the 2024-25 academic year, earning a spot on the WGCA’s Top 25 list for the third time in program history and the first time since the 2012-13 season.

In addition to their academic success, the Rambelles qualified for the NCAA Division II West Regional for only the second time in program history this past season.

Earlier this month, five ASU golfers were named WGCA All-American Scholars for maintaining individual GPAs of 3.50 or higher.
