Shannon Renovating Former Retail Space on Knickerbocker for $200K Therapy Clinic

SAN ANGELO, TX — Shannon Medical Center is renovating a retail space at 3389 Knickerbocker Road for a new physical and occupational therapy clinic, according to the City of San Angelo’s March 2025 Permits & Inspections Report. The project is valued at $200,000.

The address was formerly occupied by West Central Wireless and is located in Knickerbocker Square near Sunset Drive. It now bears signage for “Shannon South Physical & Occupational Therapy,” and workers were seen on site this week completing construction.

According to Shannon’s website, the clinic will offer services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy, and pelvic health.
