For the sixth straight year, Angelo State University has been named a national "College of Distinction" by the Colleges of Distinction print and online college guide that recognizes colleges and universities implementing best practices in higher education.
A Border Patrol agent located the three lost individuals at approximately 12:55 a.m. The agent noticed one of the individuals, later identified as a citizen of Mexico, had rapid breathing and was unable to communicate.
