Two men have been arrested in connection with a shooting that left an 8-year-old boy critically injured inside a southwest Odessa home on Monday afternoon.
A San Angelo man was arrested Monday after it was discovered he had been placing bottle caps with nails inserted in them in the roadways around his home, which resulted in multiple punctured tires.
