Lawyers for Karmelo Anthony, the 17-year-old charged with murder after fatally stabbing another student at a track meet last week, made their first public statement Monday.
A San Angelo woman was booked into the Ector County Jail in Odessa on Wednesday on charges of assaulting her husband, who may lose an eye from the attack.
