Fundraiser Planned for San Angelo Woman Ahead of Brain Surgery

SAN ANGELO, TX — A benefit for Meghan Gibble, a local mother of two and staff member at Arc Light Sports Bar & Grill, is set for Sunday, May 18, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Clarion Hotel, 441 Rio Concho Drive.

Gibble is scheduled to undergo decompression surgery on May 21 for a Chiari malformation, a condition affecting the brain and spinal cord. The fundraiser aims to help offset medical expenses and support her family during recovery.

Twenty percent of all food sales during the event will go directly to Gibble. Friends, family, and supporters are encouraged to dine in and contribute. For those unable to attend, donations are also being accepted through Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo at @MeghanG92. 

Organizers described Gibble as a hardworking single mother who now needs the community’s help more than ever.
